O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 23.12.2024, wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of the boundaries.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The petitioner is placing reliance upon the sale deed dated 26.08.2020. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the patta that has been issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.854. The petitioner submitted the online application on 23.12.2024, seeking for survey of the subject property by paying necessary charges. Since the 2/4

same was not considered, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to act upon the online application dated 23.12.2024 and conduct survey in the subject property, based on the title documents and the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
