The learned Additional Public Prosecutor urges that the petitioner is a convict in C.S.R.No.463 of 2014 and the same was closed on 15-04-2015 on the ground that a civil suit is pending in O.S.No.494 of 2014 before the District Munsif Court, Madurantagam. It is also seen that a similar Crl.O.P.No.32545 of 2014 seems to have been filed by the same petitioner which has been negatived by this Court on 15-12-2014 and the same has not been disclosed in this petition.
