O R D E R

The present criminal revision has been filed to set aside the order dated 13.05.2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur in Crl.M.P.No.723 of 2021 and direct the learned Judicial Magistrate to take the complaint on file, issue summons to the accused persons and proceed the same in accordance with law.

2. Though the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 13.05.2021, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to canvass all the points in any forum in the connected proceedings.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order dated 13.05.2021. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass all the points in any forum in the connected proceedings.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. 17.04.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No vji To The learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.
