This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 09.05.2024 issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.A7/1197/2023, calling the petitioner for enquiry.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The impugned order is nothing but, just a notice for enquiry, which has been issued on the complaint of the petitioner. The petitioner, without appearing before the authority, challenged the very notice itself before this Court. Hence, this Court is of the view that this writ petition is nothing, but an abuse of process of law and accordingly, stands dismissed. No costs.
