This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to forthwith return his minor son Adhith to the custody of the petitioner. 1/3

2.When this matter is taken up for hearing in the presence of both parties and both the learned counsels for the petitioner and the respondent submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and a Joint Memorandum of Compromise, dated 15.04.2026 duly signed by both the parties and their respective counsels, has been filed.

3. In view of the above, this Original Petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise dated 15.04.2026. The joint memorandum of compromise dated 15.04.2026 shall form part of the decree and Judgment.
