Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to hold enquiry with 2nd to 5th respondents in the presence of the petitioner on the fraudulent document No. 440 of 2010 dated 27.01.2010 and document No. 5 of 2010 dated 29.01.2010 registered before 1st respondent and consequently direct 1st respondent to cancel fraudulent documents by taking suitable action on 2nd to 5th respondents as per Registration Act. Alleging that respondents 2 to 5 have committed fraud while registering documents in respect of the property over https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

which the petitioner has got title, two representations were made by the petitioner on 02.11.2015 and 03.11.2015. As no action is forthcoming at the hands of the 1st respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

The competent authority, who has to look into the grievance of the petitioner is the District Registrar (Administration), who has been newly impleaded as the 6th respondent by order dated 19.11.2015 in M.P. No. 2 of 2015. 3.

Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application to the District Registrar (Administration) bringing out the alleged fraud said to have been committed by private respondents. As and when such an application is made, the 6th respondent will look into the same and take appropriate action in the manner known to law. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
