ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the learned District and Sessions Judge and Mahila Court, Tiruppur to dispose of the Criminal case in S.C.No.92 of 2012 pending on its file for the offence U/s.364, 376/1, 302 and 392 as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings in S.C.No.92 of 2012 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge & Mahila Court, Tiruppur has been pending for more than 6 years and the fundamental rights for speedy trial has been denied. Taking into account that the case was pending from the year 2012 onwards, the learned District and Sessions Judge & Mahila Court, Tiruppur, is directed to dispose of the case in S.C.No.92 of 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
