Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. The petitioner has come up with the present petition seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.926 of 2014.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case in Crime No.926 of 2014 has been registered by the Inspector of Police, R-8, Vadapalani Police Station; whereas the petitioner is seeking a direction against the Commissioner of Police, D.C.C.C.B.II (Land grabbing), Vepery, Chennai 600 007. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition showing the respondent as Inspector of Police, R-8, Vadapalani Police Station, Chennai.
