Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned reply notice of the 2nd respondent dated 27.07.2021 in B.O.No.CEPC 9001559 and quash the same as null and void and consequentially directing the 2nd respondent to bring the non-salaried petitioner herein who is ready to extend collateral security under the Subsidized Interest Loan extended for Covid -19

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned reply notice of the 2nd respondent dated 27.07.2021 in B.O.No.CEPC 9001559 and quash the same as null and void and consequentially directing the 2nd respondent to bring the non-salaried petitioner herein who is ready to extend collateral security under the Subsidized Interest Loan extended for Covid -19 Sufferers under the eligible category.
2. It is seen that this scheme was introduced in order to handle the Covid-19 situation. Now, the scheme itself has been withdrawn and as such, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
