Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 17.04.2014 and take action against the said unknown rowdy elements, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no complaint is pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, V4, Rajamangalam Police Station, Kolalthur, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to the jurisdictional Police, who has to enquire the same, in accordance with law.
