O R D E R

It is the case of the petitioners that they are the legal heirs of one Syed Nazrulla. It is the further case of the petitioners that the said Syed Nazrulla, being the husband of the 1st petitioner and father of the other petitioners, executed a registered settlement deed bearing No.3705 of 2014 dated 16.11.2014 in their favour with respect to the property in T.S.No.362/2 having patta No.362/2B2 to an extent of 3.64 cents in the 4th Ward, 10th Block, Arunagiripuram, Tiruvannamalai District and the total extent of land is 9600 sq.ft. Seeking inclusion of the petitioners' name by changing the patta they made representation to the respondent on 1.10.2015. Seeking early disposal of the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts of the case, without going into the merits of the same, a direction is hereby issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 1.10.2015 made by the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
