Crl.M.P.No.8066 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9404 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall stay at Chennai and report before the Mylapore Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9404 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition for 40 days and staying at Chennai which is far away from his native and cause hardship to him.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reports that the petitioner has been complying the bail condition imposed on him and if he report before the respondent police daily, which is suffice for the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file final report.

4. Considering the said submission, the bail condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 16.06.2023 Lpp
