ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No.6653 of 2020, dated 16.03.2020.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel produced the proceedings of the respondent dated 14.08.2023. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proceedings were issued without affording an opportunity to the petitioner.

4.In the considered view of this Court, this Court cannot going into the merits of the order passed and it is left open to the petitioner to separately challenge the proceedings of the respondent dated 14.08.2023 in the manner known to law.
