[ RESPONDENTS ] Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in connection with impugned panel for the post of Deputy Commissioner for the year 2015 vide G.O.Ms.No.40 dated 10.03.2015 issued by the 1st respondent and the consequential Lr.No.CP3/764/2015 dated 02.03.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent in respect of the impugned panel for the post of Deputy Commissioner for the year 2015 and quash the same and direct the official respondents to prepare a panel afresh including the name of the petitioners for the post of Deputy Commissioner for the year 2015 and further direct the respondents to publish the seniority list in the permanent cadre strength for the year 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
