This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent herein for committing contempt of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30980 of 2022 dated 15.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, investigation in this case is over and final report is filed. The case is now pending in C.C.No.66 of 2023.
