The petitioner, who is accused of offence under Sections 457, 380 and 511 of IPC in Crime No.458 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, T-7 Tank Factory Police Station, Thiruvallur District, has come up with this modification petition.
2. It is stated by the petitioner that due to accident he has been taking treatment regarding abdominal pain and therefore, he may be permitted to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambatur instead of respondent-police.
3. Though it is stated by the petitioner that he met with an accident and suffered abdominal pain, no documents have been produced before this Court to substantiate the same. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 05.05.2023. However, the petitioner is granted two weeks time from today to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
