Heard the submissions of Mr.G.Sankaran learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.Rani Selvam, Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
2.Though the petitioner has challenged the order of suspension and the order not permitting him to retire from the service, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner/explanation submitted by the petitioner dated 22.06.2015.
3.This Court, taking into consideration the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner representation/explanation submitted by the petitioner dated 22.06.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
