This petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10944 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023. 2.It is an admitted fact by the defacto complainant that a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- had been paid from a friend of the petitioner herein and Rs.3,00,000/- had been deposited by the second accused subsequent to the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.In view of the aforesaid fact, the clause (c) of the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10944 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023 is modified. The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the other conditions remain unaltered.

4.In view of the above, the time limit to comply with the order is also extended by eight weeks.
