Crl.M.P.No.8322 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8834 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8834 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent daily 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8834 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on the first and third Friday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 19.06.2023 mfa A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.
