ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Special Judge, Special Court for cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Coimbatore to expedite the disposal of the case pending in Spl.CC.No.10 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Special Judge, Special Court for cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Coimbatore is directed to complete the trial in Spl.CC.No.10 of 2022 and dispose of the same, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
