The contesting parties have entered into a compromise which has been reduced into writing in a Memorandum of Compromise dated 13.12.2023. The Memorandum of Compromise is signed by the contesting parties and also by their respective counsels. On the side of the appellants M/s.S.Muthulakshmi wife of Sooryaprakash is present. She is the 1st appellant and she represents the appellants 2 and 3 whose signatures have been verified by the learned counsel for the appellants. On the side of the respondents, both the respondents are present. The said Memorandum of Compromise dated 13.12.2023 is taken on file.
