O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent not to entertain the document presented for registration based on the objections submitted by the petitioner on 12.07.2024.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the 2/4

petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the protest petition given by the petitioner as and when the document is presented for registration touching upon the subject property and take a decision before entertaining the document for registration.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
