ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to transfer the investigation in Crime No.22 of 2019 to third respondent or some other agency.
2. Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that in this case, investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri and it is yet to be taken on file.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is not satisfied with the final report filed by the second respondent, he is at liberty to work out his remedy as per law.
