Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2022 served in person to the 2nd Respondent and representation dated 17.02.2023 received by the 2nd Respondent on 18.02.2024 and further remainder representation dated 10.03.2025 received by the officials Respondents on 12.03.2025.

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 17.02.2023, wherein the petitioner has sought for removal of name of fourth respondent from the revenue records and to restore the patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be 2/4

a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 17.02.2023 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the fourth respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
