Petition filed under section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2014 and thereby direct the 3rd respondent to transfer the patta in respect of the property situated in Survey No.679/2F1A, Mookondapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District to an extent of 0.30 cent of land in the name of the petitioner immediately.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. With the consent of either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2014 and thereby direct the third respondent to transfer the patta in respect of the property situated in Survey No.679/2F1A, Mookondapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Krishnagiri District to an extent of 0.30 cent of land in the name of the petitioner immediately.

3.According to the petitioner the patta in respect of the lands in question bearing patta no.221 stands in the name of Pappaiah who is said to be the vendor of the petitioner's vendor. The petitioner has submitted a representation in this regard to the authorities on 25.06.2014 and the same is still pending.

4.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the case, there will be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2014, conduct enquiry into the matter after notice to the petitioner and the person in whose name the patta no.221 stands as on date and after conducting enquiry pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
