ORDER

The prayer sought for in this petition is to direct the respondent police register the case based on the petitioner complaint dated 14.04.2017 and investigate the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the petitioner's complaint dated 14.04.2017 was already closed on 09.08.2017. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to grant a direction to conduct preliminary enquiry for the purpose of registration of the earlier complaint dated 14.04.2017. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure report, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the closure report in a manner of law.

With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. In view of the order passed in Criminal Original petition, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
