This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 14.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13564 of 2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer weekly twice i.e.

Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 am. until further orders.
