PRAYER:
This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2015 and issue patta in his favour for the house property situated at No.7, Fort North Street, Arani 632 301, Thiruvannamalai District bearing property tax receipt No. 2396.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks for issuance of patta with regard to the property situated at No.7, Fort North Street, Arani 632 301, Thiruvannamalai District, which originally belonged to his father-in-law. The petitioner's wife M.Sulliammal is the sole child of her parents and her parents have died. The petitioner's wife got the said property both by inheritance and also by way of a Will said to have been executed by her deceased father. Now the petitioner claims patta for the said property after death of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
his wife and also based upon another Will said to have executed by her.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that except the petitioner and other children, there are no other legal heirs for the deceased M.Sulliammal and even her parents did not have any other legal heirs.
4. This Court is not willing to go into the same, suffice it is to direct the respondent No. 3 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 21.09.2015. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the respondent No. 3 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 21.09.2015, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the third parties, if any.
