Heard Mr.R.Kumaravelu , learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.K.J.Sivakumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, and Mr.B. Nedunchezian, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents two and three.

2. The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider his representation dated 24.06.2015 with regard to opening TASMAC shop and BAR violating Rule 8 and 10 of TN Liquor Vending Rules, 2003.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the second respondent has passed an order on 15.02.2016, the said order may be placed on record and the writ petition may be disposed of.

4. The said statement is taken on record and the writ petition stands disposed of, in the light of the order passed by the second respondent dated 15.02.2016. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous petition closed.
