ORDER

2. In the affidavit in support of the application, it is stated that these documents were not available at the time of filing the rectification petition and that the documents are vital.
3. Learned counsel for the contesting respondent submits that the petitioner has failed to show reasonable cause for not filing these documents along with the rectification petition.
4. The rectification petition is at the pre trial stage. In that context, upon examining the reason set out in the affidavit, I conclude that reasonable cause is shown subject to the right of the contesting respondent to file an affidavit of admission / denial in respect thereof and raise objections inter alia on the grounds of admissibility, relevance and proof. This application is allowed on the above terms.
