This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No. 26885 of 2013 dated 17.12.2013.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order of this Court dated 17.12.2013 in W.P.No.26885 of 2013, the Government preferred appeal in W.A.No.40 of 2015. Now, the said Writ Appeal was allowed by setting aside the order passed in W.P.No.26885 of 2013. Hence, nothing survives 2 / 4

for adjudication in this Contempt Petition.
