PRAYER in C.R.P.(NPD).No.1587 of 2014: Civil Revision petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamilnadu Buildings (Lease & Rent Control) Act as Amended By Act 23 of 1973 & Act 1980, to set aside the judgment and decree of the Appellate Authority VII Judge Small Causes Court, Chennai made in R.C.A.No.62 of 2013 dated 10.01.2014

modifying the order and decree made by the X Small Causes Court Judge, Chennai in R.C.O.P.No.1455 of 2007 dated 20.12.2012. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Chidambaram in both C.R.Ps.

For Respondent : Mr.T.D.K.Govindarajan in both C.R.Ps.

C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the both Civil Revision Petitions and he has also made endorsements to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsements made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
