Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This petition is filed to condone the delay of 467 days in filing the appeal.

Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel submits that he filed vakalat on behalf of the respondent on 22.10.2021 and he has not raised any serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the appeal for admission on 11.11.2021 by printing the name of Mr.M.Selvam, as the learned counsel for the respondent.
