This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the complaint dated 29.06.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 29.06.2016, it does not inspire confidence of this Court for a direction to register an FIR. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the second respondent police to register an FIR.
