A.No.3398 of 2022 in C.S.DR.No.26209 of 2022 A.No.3398 of 2022 in C.S.DR.No.26209 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., This application has been filed seeking to grant leave to sue the properties mentioned in Schedule B before the Original Side jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The suit is filed for partition. It is stated by the applicant/plaintiff that the cause of action arose at Chennai and the Schedule A properties are situated within the Original Side Jurisdiction of this Court. It is further stated by the applicants/plaintiffs that all the applicants and the respondents are also residing within the jurisdiction of this Court. However, Schedule B properties are situated outside the Original Side Jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, the present application is filed to grant leave to sue the properties mentioned in Schedule B.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to allow this Application and leave to sue the properties mentioned in Schedule B, is granted.
