ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.No.30 of 2013 initiated by the respondent under the Domestic Violence Act.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that already divorce has been granted by mutual consent between the parties and the parties have mutually agreed to compromise their disputes.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition and the proceedings in D.V.No.30 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram is quashed. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
