This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 23845 of 2021 on 09.12.2021 to appear before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and also appear before the trial on all hearings without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
