ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police, namely Inspector of Police N1, Royapuram, Chennai - 13 to file a final report registered in Cr.No.501 of 25 pending on the file of the Respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.The petitioner lodged a complaint and the same was registered a case in crime No.501 of 2025 for offences under Sections 296(b), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 but final report, in this case, is yet to be filed. 4.The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that in this case, investigation almost completed and final report would be filed within a period of one month.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
