Mr.R. Rajasekaran, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) Order The petitioner/complainant have filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.386 of 2025 on the file of the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the complaint has been registered in Crime No.386 of 2025, there has been no progress in the investigation. Hence, a direction is sought from this Court for filing of the final report.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions from the respondent, submits that the final report would be filed within three weeks.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent to file a final report within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
