ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13667 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020 that the petitioners shall report before the Cuddalore O.T. Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13667 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
