Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentPolice.
2. As the allegations made in the complaint reveals that the dispute is relating to property, in which the petitioner's husband is having 1⁄2 share. After the death of the husband of the petitioner, the first wife's son sold the property and the petitioner has also filed a suit in O.S.No.342 of 2013 before the District Munsif Court, Vandavasi. Hence, the parties are directed to work out their remedy before the Civil Court and no criminal offence is made out, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
