ORDER

This petition is filed to call for the entire records and quash the proceedings in C.C.No.3170 of 2013 pending before the Fast Track Court-IV, George Town, Chennai-1 with respect to the petitioners / Accused 1 & 2.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners already settled the cheque amount to the defacto complainant.

3. It is seen that the respondent is also not proceeding with the complaint for the past six years before this Court. After receipt of summons also, he did not appear before this Court.

4. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to allow https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the prayer sought for in this petition as such the case in C.C.No.3170 of 2013 on the file of the learned Fast Track CourtIV, George Town, Chennai-1 is quashed, and this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
