2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. The detenu has been produced before this Court and he informed us that he is 24 years old and willingly married the fourth respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the marriage invitation and the marriage registration certificate in tune with the statement made by the detenu.

4. Though the petitioner insisted that the fourth respondent is of loose morals we are not inclined to accept the said statement. The detenu being 24 years old has willingly married the fourth respondent. Perhaps this may be a case of marriage between two different communities. Be that as it may. There is no illegal detention involved and the detenu is at liberty.

5. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
