This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C No.524 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that already divorce has been granted by mutual consent between the parties and the parties have mutually agreed to compromise their disputes.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition and the proceedings in C.C No.524 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram is quashed.
