ORDER
Petitioner is undergoing III Semester Examination in E.E.E. Course at present. He was not issued with Hall Ticket as he was found to be short of attendance much below the minimum requirement. He is having only 61% attendance as against the minimum requirement of 75% attendance. The regulation stipulates that every student is expected to have 100% attendance. Thus, 75% has been fixed as the barest minimum. In the case of grave illness, maximum of 10% is provided. Even assuming, it is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
taken into account, petitioner would still be short of attendance.
2. Thus, looking from any angle, this Court is unable to lend its helping hand to the petitioner on facts. Law is quite settled. This Court can neither take the role of an authority nor act as a superior one.
