CR.NO.767 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the Bail condition that is the petitioner should appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.4891 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 20628 of 2020 dated 20.04.2021.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.P.MEENAKSHI SUNDHARAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 20.04.2021 in Crl.MP.No.4891 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.20628 of 2020 modified the conditions imposed by the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.
