When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the parties produced a Joint Memo of Compromise dated 17.06.2019 filed by both parties and submitted that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 giving a quietus to the dispute between them. Learned counsel further submitted that the Award passed by the Labour Court is replaced by the said Settlement.

The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 17.06.2019 entered into between the parties is taken on record. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

above Joint Memo of Compromise. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.35949 of 2016 and W.M.P.No.16300 of 2017 are closed.
