The petitioner has come forward with the above Writ petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 26.10.2017.

2. When the Writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that if the said representation is pending still, it will be considered by the 2nd respondent. Taking note of the above submissions of the learned Government Advocate and without going into the merits of the matter and considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation, in accordance with law, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioners and others, if any who are interested and likely to be affected and if there are no legal impediments in considering the said representations.
