This application has been filed to grant temporary injunction restraining the respondents and their men from alienating or encumbering the suit schedule of property.

2. This Court by an Order dated 07.01.2022 has observed that there shall be an Order of interim injunction as prayed for in O.A.No.1 of 2022.

3. In view of the same, the interim injunction already granted is made absolute.
