The petitioner, being aggrieved against the order dated 2.7.2014 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Attur, filed a statutory revision before the 1st respondent, which is pending in Na.Ka.No.24227 of 2014 dated 14.8.2014. Seeking to expedite the same, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent.
3. Considering the facts of the case, the 1st respondent is hereby directed to pass orders on the revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 14.8.2014 in Na.Ka.No.24227 of 2014 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
